Common questions
How many boxes fit on a pallet?
It depends on the carton size, the pallet footprint and your height and weight limits. Enter your carton and pallet above: the calculator finds the layer pattern that fits the most cartons, including patterns that mix two orientations, then stacks layers up to your height limit and stops at the weight limit.
What is the maximum height of a pallet?
Common limits are 1.8 m (about 71 in) including the pallet for many European shipments and 72 in (1.83 m) for Amazon FBA pallets. Carriers and warehouses set their own limits, so check with yours and enter it as the max height.
Are the layers interlocked?
When the best layer pattern is not symmetric, every second layer is rotated half a turn so joints do not line up. The number of cartons per layer stays the same.
Which pallet sizes are included?
EUR / EPAL 1 (1200 × 800), US GMA (48 × 40 in), plus any custom pallet size.
